Mineral Bath Soak - Citrus Grove

I wanted a bath soak that was simple, mineral-rich, and made with ingredients I feel good about using for my own family.

So I created ours with a blend of four mineral-rich salts, white kaolin clay, jojoba oil, and pure essential oils—nothing complicated, just carefully chosen ingredients that turn an everyday bath into a chance to slow down and unwind.

Like everything I make at Ruffled & Refined, each batch is handcrafted in small batches right here at Our Ruffled Nest.

• Add a generous handful to warm running bath water.
• Soak for 20-30 minutes.
• For external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Use caution when entering and exiting the tub, as oils may make surfaces slippery.
  

Epsom Salt — A magnesium-rich salt traditionally used in baths for a relaxing soak.

Pink Himalayan Salt — A mineral-rich salt that adds to the overall bathing experience.

Sea Salt — Adds naturally occurring minerals to the bath.

Dead Sea Salt — Naturally rich in minerals and long prized for use in bathing.

Baking Soda — Helps soften the bath water and complements the mineral salt blend.

White Kaolin Clay — A gentle clay that gives the bath a soft, silky feel.

Jojoba Oil — Helps condition and soften the skin while you soak.

Sweet Orange Essential Oil — Brings the bright, juicy citrus note at the heart of Citrus Grove.

Bergamot Essential Oil — Adds a fresh citrus note that gives the blend a little more brightness and depth.

Benzoin — Adds a soft, warm sweetness that rounds out the citrus notes.
