Thank you for shopping with Ruffled & Refined Apothecary! We make and pack our products in small batches at Our Ruffled Nest in Texas.

Processing time
Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare and ship your order. Business days exclude weekends and holidays, but we always do our best to get your order on its way as soon as possible.

Shipping rates and delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Delivery times depend on the carrier and are in addition to our processing time.

Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to update it before your package ships.

Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us with your order number and photos, if available. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Delayed packages
If your tracking shows a delay or delivery issue, please reach out. We’ll help look into it with the carrier.
