Because of the nature of our handcrafted bath, body, skincare, aromatherapy, and other personal-use products, we’re unable to accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

We do want you to feel good about your purchase, though. If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us. We’ll always do our best to make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Photos of the product and packaging are always helpful so we can get things taken care of quickly.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
